- Sales
A passion for boating will offer you a
full or part time position with Monroeville Marine. This
dealership sells two new boat lines, used and brokered boats.
The boats range in size from
12'-48' to 12'-40'. Monroeville Marine
also sells inflatables, outboard motors and several makes of
trailers. A sales person will also be responsible for
helping the buyer purchase from the complete line of accessories
that will meet all boating needs. Participation is also required
for both fall and winter boat shows. Some sales experience
is necessary. The position is available in Monroeville.
- Detailer
A boat detailer works on new and
used boats, motors and outdrives, and customer boats.
Detailer must be responsible, reliable, careful and detailed on
the job. Activities would include sweeping, washing,
waxing, buffing, sanding, bottom painting, polishing, cleaning
interior/exterior, etc. There are positions available in
Monroeville and Sandusky.
- Technician
Bring your experience, certifications and credentials along with
your background in engine/outdrive installation and repair.
Mercury/Mercruiser repair is a MUST. The ability to work
on all brands of engines and outdrives in and out of the water
is a plus. This job offers rigging, gel work, installation
of equipment and accessories, new boat prep, trailer prep, boat
show prep and so much more. Some experience is necessary.
There are positions available in Monroeville and Sandusky.
- Parts & Service
To work in Monroeville Marine's large Parts Department, a person
must be able to identify problems and the parts required to fix
the problem, locate parts in inventory, add parts to inventory,
prepare part orders, prepare accessory orders, write work
orders, process warranties, work closely with Monroeville Marine
Technicians, etc. Computer skills are a MUST. A
person must also have the ability to communicate well with the
customer and vendors in person and on the telephone. The
position is available in Monroeville. Some customer work
experience would be helpful.
